For Business Owners (Tenants):

- Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we never store your card details).
- Business configuration data (Services, Schedules, Staff, Settings).
- Communication preferences (WhatsApp, SMS, Email notification settings).
For Customers (End Users):
- Booking details (Name, Phone Number, Email, Appointment Notes).
- Technical data (IP Address, User Agent) used solely for security, fraud prevention, and rate limiting.
- Cookies and session tokens for managing active bookings (no tracking cookies).
3. How We Use Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and maintain our booking platform.
- Process bookings and send automated notifications (Email, SMS, WhatsApp).
- Send appointment reminders and follow-up messages.
- Generate invoices and process payments.
- Provide analytics and performance reporting to business owners.
- Prevent fraudulent bookings, spam, and abuse.
- Improve our service based on aggregated usage patterns.
The "No Sign-Up" Promise
Unlike other platforms, we do not require customers to create accounts. We do not track customers across other websites, and we never sell their data to third parties. Customer information is used exclusively for the purpose of the appointment they booked.
4. Data Retention
We retain business owner data for as long as the account is active. Booking data is retained for up to 24 months after the appointment date to support analytics, invoicing, and dispute resolution. Customers may request deletion of their personal data by contacting the business they booked with or by emailing us directly.

- Hashed and salted passwords — never stored in plain text.
